As a prominent division of Compass Group, one of the largest foodservice companies in the world, CulinArt expertly manages over 250 dining facilities across various sectors. Their clientele ranges from corporations and financial service firms to independent schools, colleges, universities, long-term care facilities, and entertainment venues nationwide. This vast operational scope allows CulinArt to offer uniquely diverse and dynamic career opportunities within the foodservice industry, making it a coveted employer for individuals seeking growth, stability, and the chance to contribute to an industry leader.

CulinArt Sector is currently hiring for full-time Setup Server positions at the Salvation Army NH located at 615 Slaters Lane, Alexandria, VA 22314. The available shifts fall typically between 7:00 am and 3:30 pm, with days varying to meet operational needs. The company accepts applications exclusively online, streamlining the recruitment process. Compensation for this role offers competitive pay ranging from $18.50 to $20.50 per hour, signifying the company’s commitment to rewarding its employees fairly.

This role is ideal for someone with prior serving experience—specifically, at least one year—who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is enthusiastic about maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence. The ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds is required to safely handle supplies and equipment.

Working at CulinArt also comes with a substantial benefits package tailored to both full-time and part-time associates. Benefits include retirement plans, health and wellness programs, various insurance options, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time employees. Additionally, employees have access to unique perks such as an associate shopping program, identity theft protection, pet insurance, voluntary benefits like critical illness and accident insurance, legal services, and commuter benefits among others. Full-time associates also enjoy flexible spending accounts, employee assistance programs, and eligibility for paid or unpaid time off in accordance with federal and state laws.

Furthermore, CulinArt and Compass Group uphold a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. They value diversity of thought and inclusive practices as primary drivers of innovation and success. Their recruitment process is designed to ensure fair treatment regardless of race, nationality, sex, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected classification. The company promotes a drug-free workplace and may require background screenings based on location and position requirements.

Joining CulinArt means becoming part of a dedicated team that pioneers cutting-edge, unconventional approaches to dining service while prioritizing career advancement and employee satisfaction. The company fosters an environment where employees are encouraged to contribute creatively and passionately to the evolving foodservice landscape.
