Job Duties
- Complete final breakdown by cleaning function rooms and properly storing equipment
- complete closing tasks such as storing reusable merchandise, locking doors, and sorting merchandise
- organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- supervise and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of assigned service areas
- transport dirty linens to designated areas, separate napkins from tablecloths, and replenish shelves with clean linens
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day by following constant cleaning procedures
- assist other departments to ensure optimal guest service
- comply with all company safety policies and report any maintenance issues or hazards
