The position available is within Dickinson College's Dining Services department, specifically in the Dining Hall. The role of Serving Area/Dish Utility Worker is a vital part of the college's commitment to delivering excellent food services and an outstanding dining experience to its students. This position serves as a direct point of contact with students and other customers by providing courteous and efficient service. Workers in this role are responsible for maintaining clean, neat, and sanitary work areas, including the floor and dish room, by adhering strictly to the guidelines set forth by the college's HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) program. The job includes operating dishwashing machinery and related equipment following departmental standards.

Beyond maintaining hygiene and operational efficiency, the Serving Area/Dish Utility Worker is trained to support multiple areas of the dining service environment, promoting flexibility and teamwork.
