Known for leading the U.S. in credit card sales and deposit growth, Chase also prides itself on providing the most-used digital solutions while ranking first in customer satisfaction. The firm’s operations teams are dedicated to developing and managing innovative, secure service solutions globally. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, Chase continuously improves its customer and client experiences, making banking easy, convenient, and customer-centric.
The Travel Advisor role at Chase Travel is a dynamic opportunity tailored for individuals passionate about the travel industry and dedicated to helping customers plan and book luxury travel seamlessly. This position requires individuals who enjoy problem-solving and are committed to delivering service excellence. As a Travel Advisor, you will be the go-to expert supporting both internal and external customers regarding travel reservations and other complex travel-related concerns. The role demands attentiveness in diagnosing problems, researching solutions, and providing timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Beyond troubleshooting, the Travel Advisor will actively negotiate with external providers to resolve issues such as loyalty point discrepancies, redemptions, program exceptions, and fee waivers, all while keeping costs minimal and maintaining a smooth customer experience. Collaboration is a cornerstone of this role, requiring frequent interaction with internal teams to understand policies, utilize booking tools efficiently, and assist other Travel Advisors in real time. You will also coach peers on best practices, maintain call quality standards, and manage escalations and tracking databases.
This position is ideal for professionals with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and other technology platforms, including self-booking tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for successfully managing internal and external customer issues. Candidates must be adept at multitasking, time management, and working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Chase provides a competitive total rewards package tailored to the role, experience, and location, including a base salary, commission-based pay, or discretionary incentive compensation. Employee benefits include comprehensive healthcare coverage, on-site health and wellness centers, retirement savings plans, backup childcare, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, financial coaching, and more. The company emphasizes diversity and inclusion, offering equal opportunity employment and reasonable accommodations for applicants’ religious practices and disabilities.
Work schedules may vary, and candidates should be willing to work during operational hours, including evenings and weekends. Training is mandatory and may not align with regular working hours. This role requires candidates to be local to the designated work locations or willing to relocate independently. Chase does not provide immigration sponsorship or visa transfer support.
Joining Chase Travel means contributing to a future-focused organization renowned for its customer service excellence, innovative solutions, and commitment to employee growth. It offers a unique career path in the travel industry within a global leader in financial services, making it an exceptional place for motivated professionals eager to elevate their careers and make a meaningful impact.
