The Service Valet - Toyota Medford position at Asbury represents a critical role within the service department at one of its new locations in Medford, MA, also serving the Boston, MA area. This full-time role offers an annual salary range between $40,000 and $50,000, with the final compensation tailored to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and industry background. The Service Valet is often the first point of contact for guests arriving for vehicle service, making their role crucial to shaping the customer's experience and satisfaction. Responsibilities include warmly greeting service customers, efficiently handling vehicle check-ins, and safely moving customer vehicles between the service drive and the shop. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, attentiveness to customer needs, and the ability to work diligently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Service Valets are entrusted with the safety and care of the vehicles in their charge, adhering strictly to key retention policies and customer satisfaction procedures.

- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate manual transmission is highly preferred
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including background and drug test

Job Duties
- Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information at the customer’s vehicle when possible
- Assist the Service Advisor in helping customers while maintaining organization in the service drive
- Move the customers vehicle following the greeting process as outlined by management in a safe and secure manner
- Retain keys according to departmental safeguard procedures
- Actively promote effective working relationships with associates and departments in the dealership
- Follow dealership specific procedures for active vehicle delivery of the customers vehicle resulting in return visits and admirable Customer Satisfaction Index
- Readily assist fellow dealership personnel in completing the work necessary to ensure full functioning of the dealership
- Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods of time
