Job Duties
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- assist with vehicle drop-offs and ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure
- safely drive customer vehicles to designated areas within the dealership or service lot, following all safety protocols
- work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure seamless vehicle transitions and timely service delivery
- keep the service parking lot organized, ensuring vehicles are properly parked and accessible for efficient service operations
- pick up and deliver vehicles to customers as required
- detail, wash, vacuum, and top off fuel in customer vehicles after service, as needed
- provide transportation for customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are being serviced, as needed
