As a Service Valet at Lexus of Omaha, you will play a vital role in shaping the premium service experience that the Lexus brand is renowned for. This full-time position comes with a competitive hourly pay of $17.00 and requires a flexible work schedule from Monday through Saturday. The Service Valet is responsible for safely driving, parking, and retrieving guest vehicles with the utmost care and respect. By warmly welcoming every guest with professionalism, the valet is a key player in creating a memorable first and lasting impression. Additional responsibilities include providing efficient vehicle pick-up and delivery services to ensure seamless service visits, assisting Service Advisors by coordinating vehicle movements, and managing communication regarding vehicle status updates. The role also involves transporting vehicles to and from off-site locations as needed, always adhering to safety protocols.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Hold a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to remain on feet throughout the day

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, hospitality, valet, luxury retail, or automotive experience strongly preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with passion for delivering premium customer service
  • Strong attention to detail, dependability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
