Job Duties

  • Pick up and drop off guest vehicles at their home, office, or other locations representing Land Rover San Francisco professionally in every interaction
  • shuttle guests to and from the dealership as needed providing a warm, courteous experience that reflects the premium standard of the brand
  • wash and prepare vehicles to dealership presentation standards ensuring every car is clean and ready when the guest needs it
  • move and stage vehicles throughout the service drive, lot, and service bays safely and efficiently
  • assist service advisors with vehicle coordination, staging, and delivery logistics to keep the service operation running without delays
  • greet guests on the service drive with a professional, composed presence as the first and last impression of the day
  • maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive, lot, and common areas at all times
  • support the service team with general tasks that keep the department operating at full speed
