We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Service Valet to join our service department team. This role is crucial in supporting the daily operations of the service department by managing vehicle logistics and providing excellent customer service. The Service Valet will greet customers warmly, assist with vehicle check-in, and act as the important link between customers and service advisors. This position requires a proactive and reliable individual who can efficiently organize and move vehicles on the property while maintaining a clean and safe service drive environment. The valet will also be responsible for tasks such as fluid top-offs, vehicle tagging, and supporting the management of loaner and shuttle vehicles.
This full-time position requires availability for four weekdays plus Saturdays. The Service Valet will work indoors and outdoors, often handling multiple vehicles simultaneously and ensuring that all vehicles are secure and presented with the utmost care. Safety is paramount, and the successful candidate must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, passing all Motor Vehicle Record eligibility requirements. Also emphasized is the valet's role in assisting service advisors and technicians to improve workflow and the overall customer experience, making this position integral to the dealership's operational success.

Job Duties
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- assist with vehicle check-in and direct customers to the appropriate service advisor
- move, park, and organize customer vehicles on dealership property
- maintain an orderly and efficient service drive and parking area
- perform customer vehicle pick-up and delivery services as assigned
- test drive vehicles when requested by management, advisors, or technicians
- check and top off fluids as needed, including windshield washer fluid and other approved fluids
- assist service advisors with customer needs and day-to-day operations
- transport vehicles between departments as necessary
- ensure vehicles are properly tagged, parked, and secured
- help keep the service drive clean, safe, and presentable at all times
- assist with loaner and shuttle vehicle management when required
- support technicians and advisors with miscellaneous tasks to improve workflow and customer satisfaction
- follow all dealership safety policies and maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
