Job Description
The CAR Group is a distinguished dealership group located in California, representing a diverse lineup of automotive brands including Acura, Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Infiniti, Lincoln, Scion, Toyota, and Volkswagen. Established with a firm mission to enhance customer satisfaction at every stage—before, during, and after the sale—the company has grown to become a premier dealer network throughout California and even extends its services to Florida. The organization has recently expanded to include new Honda and Volkswagen dealerships in Irvine, California, further broadening its reach and solidifying its commitment to providing exceptional automotive experiences to its clientele.
Operating multiple stores in key cities such as Cerritos and Irvine, The CAR Group offers access to some of the most comprehensive parts and service departments in the automotive retail sector. With locations such as the Norm Reeves Honda Superstore, Norm Reeves Ford Superstore, Norm Reeves Lincoln and Hyundai Superstores in Cerritos Auto Square, and the new Norm Reeves Volkswagen Superstore in Irvine, the group is known for its seamless blend of extensive inventory and outstanding customer service. Customers across California and Florida can benefit from the group's user-friendly online platforms, allowing for a smooth virtual parts and service experience.
The CAR Group prides itself on integrity and value, striving to create a no-hassle, state-of-the-art environment that enhances every customer’s journey into vehicle ownership. Their dedication to quality service and vehicle offerings ensures that customers receive the best possible value for their investment. Whether visiting in person or exploring options online, buyers can expect a respectful, knowledgeable, and hassle-free experience.
This career opportunity is for a full-time lot attendant—a vital role within The CAR Group that keeps the dealership running smoothly. The lot attendant is tasked with moving and rearranging vehicles on the lot to optimize space and presentation, washing cars to maintain the high standards of vehicle appearance, and preparing vehicles for delivery to customers, ensuring each car meets the brand’s quality expectations before handover. Beyond these primary responsibilities, the lot attendant will assist management with miscellaneous duties to support the day-to-day operations of the dealership.
Joining The CAR Group as a lot attendant means becoming part of a dynamic team focused on fostering a positive customer experience and efficient dealership functioning. This role offers the chance to gain experience in the automotive industry and work in a fast-paced, engaging environment alongside seasoned professionals. Full-time employment provides stable hours and the opportunity to develop valuable skills in vehicle handling, customer service, and dealership operations. The company values candidates who are dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a team-oriented workplace. Spanish speaking ability is preferred though not a mandatory requirement, reflecting The CAR Group’s inclusive culture and diverse customer base.
