Job Description
Palm Beach Toyota, a distinguished dealership under the prestigious Penske Automotive Group umbrella, is currently seeking Valets to become an integral part of our dynamic team. The role of a Valet at Palm Beach Toyota is pivotal to the seamless operation of our dealership. Often referred to as Porters or Lot Attendants, Valets are responsible for the movement and maintenance of vehicles within the dealership. This includes relocating vehicles as needed for customer deliveries, service appointments, and inventory management, as well as ensuring that our showroom and vehicle display lots are consistently kept neat and orderly. Valets play a key role in maintaining the presentation and operational readiness of the dealership's inventory, directly contributing to the positive first impressions experienced by our customers.

Valets at Palm Beach Toyota must be able to operate vehicles safely, understand and follow dealership protocols, and perform tasks both independently and collaboratively. Physical stamina is necessary, given the medium work requirements entailing lifting, pulling, or pushing objects, as well as the capability to stand, sit, and move throughout the dealership premises.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months or more of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Individuals under 18 may not drive vehicles off dealership premises
- Ability to safely operate vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions
- Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to stand, sit, crawl, climb, stoop, kneel, reach, and grasp
- Able to talk and hear
- Ability to understand and follow work rules and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in automotive dealership environments preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Safely drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions as needed
- Move vehicles to accommodate customer deliveries, service appointments, and inventory management
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom and vehicle display lots
- Follow all dealership safety protocols and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Perform basic maintenance and check vehicle conditions when required
