Job Description

Our company is a leading provider of advanced secondary packaging systems, specializing in the design, assembly, and servicing of cutting-edge machinery for various industries. With a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, we serve a diverse client base both domestically and internationally. Our company prides itself on delivering reliable, efficient, and tailored packaging solutions that enhance our clients' operational capabilities and product presentation. As an established player in the packaging machinery sector, we emphasize collaborative teamwork, continuous improvement, and professional growth for all our employees. The work environment is dynamic and supports a hands-on approach to problem-solving and technical excellence.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Assembler & Service Technician for our Secondary Packaging Systems team. This full-time position offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to work both in-house and on customer sites, providing essential assembly, testing, installation, commissioning, training, and after-sales technical support. As a key technical representative of our company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the performance and reliability of our packaging machinery. Your responsibilities will include assembling mechanical and pneumatic systems, interpreting mechanical drawings and schematics, conducting machine testing, troubleshooting issues, and supporting field service operations. This role requires flexibility and dedication, as travel to customer locations both domestically and internationally is expected approximately 50% of the time, with travel periods typically limited to two weeks per month.

When not traveling, the technician will be deeply involved in in-house assembly and testing activities, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Production, Project Management, and Customer Care to promote seamless coordination and efficient execution of service tasks. You will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contribute to documentation and training materials, and assist in onboarding new technicians and interns. Our company values proactive communication, customer-focused service, and adherence to safety and quality standards, including the application of 6S principles.

This role demands strong technical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented approach. You will also support sales efforts through machine demonstrations and technical presentations when needed. The position requires a willingness to work overtime as requested to meet business demands, and the ability to perform basic machining operations and participate in shipping/crating tasks when necessary. If you are passionate about machinery, technical service, and contributing to the success of a leading packaging solutions provider, we invite you to apply and join our dedicated team.
