As a Service Technician/Assistant Driver located at our Richmond, Virginia facility, you will play a critical role in the ongoing success of this rapidly growing portable sanitation company. Owned and operated by Marine Corps veterans, the team prides itself on maintaining the highest standards of performance, integrity, and customer service. The role requires servicing, cleaning, and stocking a variety of portable sanitation units including portable toilets, holding tanks, freshwater systems, hand-wash stations, and restroom-shower trailers. You will be responsible for completing daily service routes efficiently while maintaining professional customer interaction and clear communication with dispatchers.

The position demands physical fitness and technical skills to perform routine and emergency maintenance of portable restrooms, servicing and restocking consumables to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will also be responsible for the upkeep of your company truck, including refueling and cleaning, and ensuring that all cargo is properly secured and arranged. A focus on safety is paramount, with strict adherence to traffic laws and other regulations relevant to commercial drivers.
