Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years general maintenance experience
- Skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and painting
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Valid California driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Current automobile insurance compliant with California law
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for on-call rotation
- Team-oriented attitude

Job Duties
- Respond to service requests with professionalism and a customer-focused approach
- Prepare apartments for move-ins efficiently and with attention to detail
- Maintain curb appeal and common areas in excellent condition
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, locks, and other maintenance issues
- Support special projects, inspections, and preventative maintenance initiatives
- Communicate clearly with team members and residents
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies
