Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of maintenance experience
  • advanced knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry
  • ability to diagnose problems and recommend repairs
  • ability to work with limited supervision
  • valid California driver’s license
  • ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing
  • ability to move in and out of various physical positions
  • ability to push and pull up to 118 pounds
  • ability to lift below waist up to 77 pounds and above waist 50 pounds
  • willingness to travel between communities
  • ability to perform functions at multiple sites

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience

  • ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing

Job Duties

  • Performs maintenance service requests and preventative maintenance of work throughout the community
