Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer or food service is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods

- Work collaboratively with restaurant team members and management to achieve operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards
- Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and helpful manner
- Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction
- Assist in preparing food items in strict compliance with company recipes and procedures, including preparation and assembly of menu items like shredding chicken and preparing salsa and condiments
- Process and assemble customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Use suggestive selling to complete the customer experience and increase sales
- Handle payment and cash transactions accurately and professionally
