Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and professionally
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Work collaboratively with restaurant team members and management to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment
- Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and helpful manner
- Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction
- Assist in preparing food items in strict compliance with company recipes and procedures including preparation and assembly of various menu items, shredding chicken, preparing salsa, dressing, and condiment packing
- Process and assemble customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Use suggestive selling to complete the customer experience and increase sales
