This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald’s franchise, which operates under a licensing agreement to use McDonald’s brand logos and serve its world-famous food products. This franchisee is a separate company from McDonald’s USA and is solely responsible for all employment-related decisions and management at the restaurant, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and employee discipline. If you are hired, your employer will be this franchisee rather than McDonald’s USA. This distinction means that McDonald’s USA does not control employment decisions, does not receive your application, and does not participate in interviews or hiring processes.

Job Duties
- Following safety and security procedures as provided by the company
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience (taking orders, answering customer questions, operating a cash register)
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals (assist kiosk, table service, mobile orders, and McDelivery)
- Prepare all of McDonald’s world famous food (food preparation)
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun (team work)
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic (cleaning and sanitation tasks)
