Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Outstanding attitude and willingness to learn
- Capability to excel in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to follow safety and security procedures
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Legal eligibility to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adhere to food safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions
- Must be at least 16 years old
Job Duties
- Following safety and security procedures
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience by taking orders and answering questions
- Operate a cash register effectively
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals including assisting with kiosk, table service, mobile orders, and McDelivery
- Prepare all of McDonald’s world famous food
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and foster teamwork
- Keep the restaurant clean and maintain sanitation tasks
