Job Requirements
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- effective verbal communication skills
- adaptability to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
- willingness to work in hot and noisy kitchen conditions
- must be able to prepare hot and cold foods using kitchen equipment such as Chinese cook knives
- compliance with all safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- friendly and helpful team members
- some operations experience is a plus
- completed some high school education
- food handler certification may be required depending on local requirements and must be acquired at the employee's expense
Job Duties
- provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them, serving food and handling payments at the cash register
- maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
- follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- rotate between front counter, drive through, and kitchen positions
- collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive and fun work environment
- uphold company policies and contribute to a safe workplace
