Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand up to four hours
- Ability to reach across 36 inch counters
- Ability to perform physical tasks in a hot and noisy kitchen environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful team members
- Operations experience is a plus
- Some high school education
- Food handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at employee's expense
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests including greeting, serving food, and handling payments at cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and at multiple positions such as front counter, drive through, or kitchen
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive environment
