As a Service Team Associate, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests by delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly, serving food, handling cash registers, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant. You may work in various positions within the restaurant, including the front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen. The ability to work efficiently with team members is crucial in meeting daily operational goals while maintaining a fun and positive environment.

This job demands physical stamina, as associates will be required to stand for long periods, work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and lift up to 50 pounds. Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle difficult situations professionally are essential. The work environment can be hot and noisy, with some lifting and reaching required.
