The role being offered is Service Support Playmaker, a pivotal position designed to contribute significantly to the guest experience. As a Service Support Playmaker, you will be the face of Topgolf's hospitality, ensuring that each guest’s visit is enjoyable and seamless. Your primary responsibility will involve greeting players with a warm and friendly attitude, efficiently delivering food and beverages to bays, and maintaining clean, stocked service areas. Additionally, you will assist with beverage preparation (non-alcoholic), bus tables, and uphold Topgolf's standards for service areas including folding napkins. This position requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to perform in a bustling entertainment setting. The role also involves supporting other team members with tasks such as restocking stations, assisting on the tee line, and keeping common areas clean.

Physical demands are an important consideration for this role. Team members will be required to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and move around during shifts, engage in active tasks, and maintain endurance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Emphasizing safety and sanitation, all Playmakers are responsible for maintaining a clean and secure environment to ensure the wellbeing of guests and staff members.
