This job opening is for a Service Support Playmaker position, where the primary focus is to ensure an outstanding guest experience through exceptional service and teamwork. The role involves engaging with players by greeting them with friendliness and energy, delivering food and drinks efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. The Service Support Playmaker assists with preparing non-alcoholic beverages, restocks service areas, clears bays and tables, and completes other tasks that support the smooth operation of the venue. Job Duties
- Greet every player with a smile and friendly energy
- deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, making sure every player has what they need for an awesome experience
- assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages
- maintain clean and stocked service areas
- bus bays and tables
- fold napkins to Topgolf standards
- jump in to support the team where needed, whether that’s restocking stations, helping on the tee line, or keeping common areas clean
- adhere to safety and sanitation standards to provide a clean and safe environment
