Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
- Ability to be on feet for most of the shift
- Willingness to perform active tasks including bending, stooping, and carrying
- Availability to work day, night, and weekend shifts
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

- Prior experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus but not required
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and be on feet for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy
- Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, making sure every Player has what they need for an awesome experience
- Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages, maintain clean and stocked service areas, bus bays and tables, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards
- Jump in to support the team where needed, whether that’s restocking stations, helping on the tee line, or keeping common areas clean
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
- Demonstrate Topgolf’s core values of fun, one team, excellence, courage, and caring in daily tasks
