The role being offered is that of a Service Support Playmaker, a vital team member who contributes to creating exceptional experiences for every Topgolf Player. This hourly position is available with flexible shifts that cater to both part-time and full-time candidates, including day, night, and weekend schedules. Employees in this role are part of a fast-paced, high-energy environment where their positive attitudes and dedication to service directly impact the enjoyment and satisfaction of guests.
The Service Support Playmaker is responsible for greeting guests, delivering food and drinks, maintaining clean and well-stocked service areas, and supporting the team in various operational tasks. Candidates do not necessarily need prior hospitality or entertainment experience, although such experience is a plus. The position emphasizes teamwork, player focus, and the ability to thrive during busy periods. Physical stamina and a willingness to perform activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, walking for extended periods, and bending or stooping are essential for success in this role.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy
- Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, making sure every Player has what they need for an awesome experience
- Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages, maintain clean and stocked service areas, bus bays and tables, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards
- Jump in to support the team where needed, whether that’s restocking stations, helping on the tee line, or keeping common areas clean
- Provide a safe and fun environment by adhering to safety and sanitation standards and keeping the work area clean and compliant

- Engage physically by lifting items up to 50 lbs, walking extensively, and performing active tasks throughout the shift
