Topgolf is currently hiring for the position of Service Support Playmaker at its El Paso, Texas location. This role is full-time or part-time hourly-based and offers competitive wages along with the opportunity to earn tips in certain positions. The Service Support Playmaker is a vital part of the team charged with ensuring that every guest – referred to as a Player – has an exceptional experience. The role involves a blend of customer service, hospitality, and operational support to maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment.

As a Service Support Playmaker, you will greet every Player with a warm smile and friendly energy, delivering food and drinks efficiently to their bays. You will assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages, restocking service areas, bussing tables, and folding napkins according to Topgolf’s high standards. Your contribution extends beyond direct Player interaction; you will also support teammates by restocking stations, helping on the tee line, and maintaining cleanliness in all common areas. The position requires physical stamina and endurance. Candidates should be comfortable lifting items up to 50 pounds, walking and standing for extended periods, and engaging in active tasks such as bending, stooping, and carrying. Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is beneficial but not mandatory, as Topgolf offers robust training and growth opportunities.
