Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- Capability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
- Physical endurance for active tasks
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends
- Basic English proficiency to communicate with guests and team members
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy
- Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently ensuring every Player has what they need
- Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages and maintain clean and stocked service areas
- Bus bays and tables and fold napkins to Topgolf standards
- Support the team where needed including restocking stations, helping on the tee line, or keeping common areas clean
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to provide a safe environment
- Embody Topgolf’s core values daily and ensure an exceptional experience for Players and fellow Playmakers
