The role of Service Delivery Manager at TRUMPF is pivotal in leading and managing service operations across California. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, industrial technology, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
- 5+ years in service operations, field service coordination, or technical service management in industrial machinery, machine tools, or lasers
- Proven leadership in fast-paced environments with escalation management
- Data-driven approach to performance management and KPIs
- Advanced MS Office skills

Job Duties

- Serve as primary contact for customers and sales on service requests and escalations
- Drive fast technical resolutions and manage critical incident communications
- Collaborate with sales teams and TRUMPF technology managers
- Monitor and improve service KPIs
