Cintas is currently seeking a Service Supervisor to join their rental organization in a full-time, regular employee role on the first shift. This middle-management position offers a dynamic and hands-on role that involves supervising and leading a customer-facing service team both on and off route. The Service Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring high levels of customer service, efficient delivery, and maintaining product quality through direct oversight of pick-up and delivery operations. Responsibilities include hiring, training, developing, and evaluating team members to guarantee superior service that meets Cintas' standards.

The Service Supervisor will also be responsible for overseeing several key operational areas such as maintaining excellent customer relationships, managing contract renewals, driving sales growth within existing accounts, optimizing route structures for efficiency, and ensuring driver compliance with regulatory requirements. A critical aspect of the role involves driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations and assisting with manual tasks such as lifting and carrying products to ensure smooth service delivery.

This position requires a candidate with leadership skills who can balance operational management with a commitment to customer satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • Meet all DOT or provincial requirements for driving regulated vehicles over 10,000 lbs
  • Have an active driver’s license
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Obtain DOT medical certification prior to employment
  • Provide documentation of previous employment
  • High school diploma or GED

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience working in a sales-related role preferred
  • Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry preferred
  • Training or instructor experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervise the service team who provides customer service, sales and pick-up and delivery of products to customers
  • Hire, train, develop and evaluate the service team to ensure high customer service and product quality
  • Drive a company-owned vehicle to and from customer sites and assist the service team with lifting and carrying
  • Oversee key service department areas including customer relationships, contract renewals, internal sales growth, route structure efficiency and driver compliance
  • Maintain efficient route structures and ensure driver compliance with regulations
  • Handle renewals of customer contracts and increase internal sales
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships
