Cintas is currently seeking a Service Supervisor to join its customer-facing service team. This middle-management role is essential for overseeing the operational aspects of the service department, maintaining high standards of customer service, and managing vendor relationships. The Service Supervisor will be responsible for leading and developing a team involved in delivering sales, pick-up, and delivery services to customers. This position requires working both on route and in-house, driving a company vehicle to various customer sites, and physically assisting the service team with duties such as lifting and walking in and out of customer accounts.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging between $80,168 and $95,160 per year, with eligibility for an annual bonus based on individual, location, division, and company performance. Job Requirements
- active driver’s license
- minimum age of 21
- DOT medical certification
- provide documentation of previous employment
- meet Department of Transportation or provincial requirements for driving vehicles over 10,000 lbs
- high school diploma or GED
- ability to supervise and lead a team
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- experience working in a sales related role
- customer service experience preferably in industrial or service industry
- training or instructor experience
