The company is dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace environment and embraces diversity without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or any other protected status. Cintas values its employee-partners and offers competitive benefits, including comprehensive healthcare, 401(k) plans, and opportunities for advancement.
The Service Supervisor position at Cintas plays a vital role as a middle-management leader within the service team. This role combines frontline customer interaction with supervisory responsibilities. The supervisor will oversee the customer-facing service team, both on route and in-house, ensuring high standards of customer service, sales performance, and efficient product delivery. The service team is responsible for picking up and delivering products such as uniforms, mats, mops, towels, restroom supplies, and safety equipment to customers to help keep their work environments up to Cintas standards.
This position involves hiring, training, and developing service team members to maintain excellent customer relationships and uphold Cintas' commitment to quality and service efficiency. The Service Supervisor also has direct accountability for managing contracts, driving internal sales initiatives, and maintaining compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Duties include driving a company-owned vehicle, assisting the team with physical tasks such as lifting and walking in and out of customer accounts, and ensuring an efficient route structure.
The role requires strong leadership abilities and a hands-on approach to supporting the team. Candidates must have an active driver's license, be at least 21 years of age, obtain DOT medical certification prior to employment, and comply with other DOT documentation requirements. While a high school diploma or GED is required, a bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with prior experience in sales, customer service, or training. Cintas values candidates who bring experience from industrial or service industries and those skilled at team development and customer engagement.

The role is full-time, first-shift based, and classified as a regular employee position. Cintas offers competitive pay and benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability and life insurance fully paid by the company, a 401(k) plan with company match, profit sharing, and paid time off. Additionally, employees have access to career development through skills training programs. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to be part of a respected company that promotes workplace safety, cleanliness, and professionalism through a comprehensive product and service offering.
