The Service Supervisor role at Cintas offers a pivotal middle-management position where the supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the customer-facing service team, both on route and within the company’s facilities. This team is tasked with delivering outstanding customer service, managing sales, and the logistics of product pick-up and delivery. The supervisor will be responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and evaluating team members to ensure that the technical and service skills meet Cintas’ high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

This position involves direct leadership accountability where the Service Supervisor not only manages the team but also actively participates in service delivery by driving a company vehicle between customer sites and assisting with physical tasks such as lifting and moving product inventory. They will manage several service department operations, including sustaining excellent relationships with customers, managing contract renewals, increasing internal sales, optimizing delivery route structures, and ensuring driver compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

This full-time position aligns with a first shift schedule and holds the distinction of being a regular, long-term employment opportunity within the Rental organization of Cintas. Job Requirements

  • Have an active driver’s license
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Obtain a DOT medical certification
  • Provide documentation regarding previous employment
  • Meet all Department of Transportation requirements for driving regulated vehicles
  • High school diploma or GED

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience working in a sales-related role preferred
  • Customer service experience preferably in an industrial or service industry
  • Training or instructor experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervising the service team who provide customer service, sales and product pick-up and delivery
  • Hiring, training, developing and evaluating service team members
  • Driving company-owned vehicle to and from customer sites
  • Assisting service team with physical tasks such as lifting and carrying
  • Maintaining excellent customer relationships
  • Handling renewals of customer contracts
  • Increasing internal sales
  • Maintaining an efficient route structure and ensuring driver compliance
