The Service Supervisor role at Cintas is a pivotal middle-management position responsible for ensuring that the customer-facing service team delivers the highest level of service and product quality. This role involves supervising both in-house and on-route service employees who manage product delivery, customer service, and sales activities. Job Requirements
- active driver’s license
- minimum age of 21 years
- DOT medical certification
- provide documentation of previous employment
- meet all Department of Transportation or provincial requirements for driving commercial vehicles over 10,000 lbs
- high school diploma or GED
- be able to physically assist with lifting and carrying
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- experience working in sales related roles
- customer service experience preferably in an industrial or service industry
- training or instructor experience
Job Duties
- supervise the service team who provides customer service, sales and product pick-up and delivery
- hire, train, develop and evaluate the service team to ensure high levels of customer service and product quality
- drive a company-owned vehicle to and from customer sites
- assist the service team with lifting, carrying and walking in and out of customer accounts
- maintain excellent customer relationships and handle renewal of customer contracts
- increase internal sales and maintain an efficient route structure
- ensure driver compliance with company and regulatory policies
