The Service Specialist role at Opensity is a vital position that provides a wide array of administrative support services to clients. This includes copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities, and receptionist services aimed at ensuring smooth, efficient daily office operations. As part of the Opensity Solutions team, the specialist will handle responsibilities related to mail metering and sorting, copy and print project production, welcoming and assisting visitors, coordinating hospitality services such as conference room upkeep, and managing office supply inventories. This position requires individuals who are detail-oriented, adept at multitasking, and professional in problem resolution. The Service Specialist plays a significant role in maintaining the functional aspects of client workspaces, contributing directly to client satisfaction and operational excellence. Compensation for this role includes an hourly wage of up to 17.00 USD, with potential eligibility for annual bonuses, reflecting the individual's skills, experience, and location. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum of 1 year work experience in a customer service field
  • ability to multitask with attention to detail
  • ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact
  • ability to lift or move 40 lbs or greater
  • ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs
  • ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period

Job Duties

  • Meter, sort, and distribute mail and accountable packages per schedule
  • produce copy, print, and scan projects accurately following written instructions
  • answer incoming telephone calls and route them appropriately
  • greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • coordinate and maintain client conference rooms, common areas, and kitchens ensuring cleanliness and supply stock
  • organize and distribute client kitchen supplies
  • maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed
  • uphold copy rooms and stock general supplies
  • deliver paper and perform basic daily maintenance tasks
  • perform small office moves, hang pictures, and manage communication regarding building and equipment concerns
