We are currently seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team in a full-time onsite role as a Hospitality and General Office Services Support specialist. This unique role blends hospitality excellence with essential administrative and facilities support, meeting the daily needs of clients and their visitors with a focus on concierge-style service. The ideal candidate will greet and welcome guests warmly, assist with client event planning and coordination, and provide exceptional hospitality support including managing room setups, catering presentations, and ensuring stocked and orderly hospitality areas. Alongside hospitality duties, this role requires proficiency in administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, printing, mail distribution, inventory management, and reception relief. Your contributions will directly impact client satisfaction, efficient event execution, and smooth office operations.
This position works an 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. shift, with schedule flexibility to support client events, sometimes requiring earlier or later start times, including occasional evenings, early mornings, and weekends. The compensation range for this exciting opportunity is $17.26 to $20.32 per hour, with eligibility for an annual bonus. The final salary will depend on factors such as your location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
As a key team member, you will collaborate closely with both internal staff and external vendors to plan and manage catered events, coordinate deliveries, maintain supplies, and uphold professional presentation standards. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential for tracking hospitality inventory, maintaining document accuracy, assisting with equipment upkeep, and supporting the overall cleanliness and preparedness of client-facing spaces. Strong communication and customer service skills are critical to build positive relationships and effectively manage the diverse range of tasks.
Working at Opensity means being part of a forward-thinking environment where your initiative and multitasking ability are valued. You will gain hands-on experience utilizing Event Management Systems such as Maptician and EMS, while contributing to a dynamic workspace tailored to enhance legal and professional service operations. Join us to grow your career in a company that truly believes in what it does, delivering excellence in both hospitality and office support services.
