The role of Service Runner is pivotal to the smooth operations of the Service Department. As a Service Runner, you will be responsible for a multitude of tasks aimed at enhancing the customer experience and supporting the service team. Your primary duties will include driving various vehicles within the dealership grounds, ensuring vehicles reach the designated technicians efficiently and safely, and managing the presentation of vehicles by supplying them to car washes and preparing them for customer pick-up. Moreover, you will shuttle customers to and from the dealership, offering a friendly and reliable transportation service while their vehicles are being serviced. You will also play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked service area, demonstrating the dealership's commitment to professionalism and care.

This full-time position works Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with an hourly wage ranging between $15 and $17 depending on experience and qualifications. The Service Runner role requires a proactive, service-oriented individual who can effectively multi-task, work under pressure, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Physical stamina is necessary, as the job involves walking and standing for extended periods, along with performing some work outdoors. A crucial part of the role also involves safely operating a variety of vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions.
