The Service Repair Coordinator position at RIX Industries is a critical role within the Customer Support and Service (CSS) team based in Sparks, Nevada. This full-time role involves planning, organizing, and executing government and commercial repair activities, providing direct support to RIX Field Service Technicians engaged in on-site repair and troubleshooting of RIX products. The coordinator will serve as the central point of communication between customers and internal teams, ensuring effective coordination and smooth operational flow. Responsibilities include managing scheduling of technician assignments, handling budgeting and invoicing tasks, preparing pricing proposals, and maintaining meticulous records in the company’s ERP system. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster productive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients. Candidates will be expected to proficiently use modern technology tools such as video conferencing and customer portals while adhering to company processes and standards. Job Requirements
- Associate degree in business administration, program management, or related field from an accredited college or university
- 3 or more years of relevant experience in government services or field service
- Knowledge and experience in budgeting, documentation, and reporting
- Proficient in MS Office
- Solid understanding of purchase orders, firm fixed price (FFP)/time and material (T&M), and cost plus (Cost+) contracting methods, principles, and practices
- Superb time-management and organizational skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and efficient
- Ability to communicate with others to exchange information both orally and in writing
- Citizenship: u.s. citizen or qualified u.s. person in accordance with ALU 22CFR 120.15
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or related field from an accredited college or university, or 3 or more years of relevant experience in Government services or Field Service

Job Duties
- Planning and coordination of all Field Service Repair and support activities for RIX Technicians
- Maintain professional and organized communication with customers
- Participate in external and internal calls and meetings as directed
- Provide pricing proposals, maintenance of budgets, security access letters/forms, invoicing, expense management, to client and local performance requirements and standards
- Communicate with customers through external/customer portals
- Negotiate with clients and supply a visible schedule of RIX personnel for RIX Management with a goal of maximum customer satisfaction and best personnel utilization
- Foster and support positive relationships across RIX Teams and with external stakeholders
- Ensure technology is used appropriately for all operations such as video conferencing and presentations
- Support Field Service Technicians with material and expedite where required
- Ensure implementation of RIX policies, application of RIX procedures, and development of associated practices including recommending and implementing process improvements
- Responsible for accurate and timely data entry into the company ERP System
- Act and perform as a back-up for the CSS Director of Customer Support where appropriate
- Perform all assignments and other duties in the best interest of the company and RIX Technicians
