We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our dynamic and growing team. This role is vital as the first point of contact for our service customers, setting the tone for the entire service experience. As a Service Receptionist at Lithia Subaru of Fresno, you will be responsible for greeting customers warmly and professionally upon their arrival, assisting them throughout the service check-in process, and providing outstanding customer care at every step. You will also support the daily operations of our busy service department, ensuring smooth communication between customers and service advisors. Your organizational skills will be crucial as you maintain accurate records, handle payments efficiently, and keep the reception area clean and inviting.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional appearance with a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. While prior experience in an automotive dealership is a bonus, it is not mandatory. What matters most is a genuine passion for helping people and delivering exceptional service. Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 18 years or older
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings

Job Qualifications

  • Previous receptionist, customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Assist customers with service check-in and direct them to the appropriate advisor
  • Maintain accurate customer and appointment records
  • Process payments and provide receipts as needed
  • Monitor and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the dealership in a positive manner
