Jaguar Land Rover Downtown, a distinguished dealership under the Ken Garff Automotive Group umbrella, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and talented Automotive Service Receptionist to join their team. This role is integral to the dealership's operations, acting as the first point of contact for customers and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the service department. The position is full-time, operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a competitive compensation of $18 per hour. As an Automotive Service Receptionist, your primary responsibility will be to greet customers warmly and professionally, manage communications efficiently, and support the service team's administrative needs. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience by responding promptly to calls, addressing inquiries, managing messages and service documents, and helping maintain a well-organized service office. Your role extends to identifying opportunities for process improvements that can further elevate customer satisfaction and streamline dealership operations. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of prior receptionist experience highly preferred
- A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
- Previous automotive dealership experience a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Answer phones in a professional manner, within three rings, and transfer customers promptly to appropriate destination
- Takes messages from customer when desired person is unable to be reached or at customer request
- Service and office filing
- Greet and accommodate walk-in customers promptly
- provides timely, friendly, professional service
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving customer concerns
- Identify, recommend, and support opportunities for process improvement
- Always maintain a professional appearance
- Disperse and sort mail each day
- Call customers when license plates come in and keep a license plate log to ensure accuracy
- Make copies when needed, order business cards, and print Dealer Socket letters each morning
- Other duties as assigned
