Job Requirements

Job Duties
- serve as the professional first point of contact for service customers both in person and over the phone
- create a welcoming premium experience that reflects the Audi brand
- actively manage incoming calls with purpose accuracy and confidence
- schedule service appointments to support shop flow and customer convenience
- conduct outbound follow-up calls to strengthen customer relationships and retention
- answer customer questions thoroughly or connect them to the appropriate team member
- support business operations through digital document archiving and data accuracy
