Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit intermittently throughout the workday
  • Capacity to lift objects up to 10 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible hours between 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and maintain a drug-free workplace

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with phone systems and computer applications

Job Duties

  • Increasing the service traffic of the dealership by receiving inbound calls and scheduling service appointments
  • Answering digital calls through Subaru's Starlink system
  • Performing miscellaneous office duties including scanning documents
  • Providing excellent customer service with a positive and professional demeanor
  • Handling communication between customers and service technicians
  • Maintaining accurate records of service requests and appointments
  • Assisting with administrative tasks to support service department operations
