Currently, Hilton Head Buick GMC Cadillac is seeking motivated and energetic individuals for the role of Service Porter / Valet. The Service Porter / Valet plays a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of the dealership's service department. The role involves greeting customers with a warm and professional demeanor, assisting them as they arrive, and ensuring a positive experience. A major part of the job is to manage vehicle logistics including parking, moving, and retrieving vehicles within the dealership’s lot to keep the parking areas organized and traffic flow efficient. The Service Porter / Valet also operates the courtesy shuttle for service customers when needed and supports service advisors and technicians by handling vehicle movements as required.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Job Duties
- Greet and assist service customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Drive the courtesy shuttle for service customers as needed
- Manage vehicle flow in dealership lots, ensuring smooth traffic and organized parking
- Move and retrieve vehicles between service lanes, parking lots, and customer pick-up areas
- Maintain a clean and orderly lot, ensuring all vehicles are properly parked and accessible
- Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle logistics as needed
- Perform additional duties to support the service department
