We are currently seeking a Service Valet/Lot Person to join our dynamic team. This role plays a critical part in the customer experience by acting as the service greeter and porter, assisting customers as they arrive to have their vehicles serviced. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent customer service skills, and possess the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. This position requires professionalism in handling customer vehicles and ensuring a seamless process that enhances customer satisfaction.
As a Service Valet/Lot Person, your primary responsibility is to greet customers warmly, assist them with their vehicles upon arrival, and move vehicles safely within the service lot. This involves coordinating closely with the service team to ensure vehicles are positioned appropriately for servicing and ready for pickup or delivery to customers. Given the fast-paced nature of the environment, strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Additionally, the role demands the capability to communicate clearly and efficiently with both customers and service staff.
This position requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to manage physical tasks that may include lifting and moving items up to 40 pounds. The ideal candidate must be at least 21 years old and able to maintain an insurability rating suitable for company vehicle use. Physical stamina is necessary as the job involves extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, reaching, talking, and hearing, as well as occasional stooping, kneeling, and crouching.

Job Duties
- Greet customers and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up
- Safely move vehicles within the service lot

- Ensure vehicles are parked and positioned correctly for service and customer pick-up
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
- Follow all safety and company procedures related to vehicle handling
