The Service Valet/Lot Person plays a critical role as the first point of contact between the customer and our service department. This position involves greeting customers warmly and assisting them as they bring their vehicles in for service. The role requires excellent communication and multitasking skills, as it must be performed efficiently in a busy and often fast-moving service environment. The Service Valet/Lot Person is responsible for safely moving vehicles to designated service areas and ensuring that each vehicle is properly managed throughout the customer's visit. This position demands a reliable individual with a valid driver's license, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to respond promptly to both customer needs and service team requirements. Being at least 21 years old and capable of performing various physical tasks is required, as the role involves frequent walking, standing, and occasional lifting of items weighing up to 40 pounds. Overall, this role is essential for maintaining smooth operations in the service department and contributing positively to the customer experience.

Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear regularly
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift up to 40 pounds as needed
- Current valid driver’s license and insurability rating required
