These establishments specialize in offering a wide range of new and pre-owned vehicles from trusted brands, focusing not only on providing a seamless purchasing experience but also excelling in after-sales services including maintenance and repairs. They pride themselves on fostering a welcoming and professional environment where customers feel valued and supported throughout their automotive journey. With a reputation built on trust, reliability, and excellence, these dealerships have become a preferred destination for vehicle buyers and service clientele in the area. They also emphasize career development by offering diverse job opportunities across departments such as sales, service, and management, thereby attracting ambitious professionals seeking growth within the automotive sector.

The role of Service Porter at Classic Toyota is vital in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by efficiently handling client vehicles with care and professionalism. As a Service Porter, you will be responsible for parking and retrieving vehicles for service clients, maintaining orderly designated parking areas, and assisting with various other vehicle-related tasks. This entry-level position does not require prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals aiming to start a career in the automotive service industry.

Daily duties include greeting customers warmly, escorting them to the appropriate service personnel, and managing the movement of vehicles to optimize workflow in the service drive. Additionally, you will handle practical tasks such as installing license plates, replacing vehicle bulbs, and notifying management if clients are waiting. You are expected to assist technicians by moving inoperable vehicles and support customers by helping transfer luggage or packages between cars.

Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the service area is crucial, which involves keeping the service drive free of vehicles and debris and adhering strictly to dealership policies regarding vehicle care and operation. Your attention to detail and proactive communication with management about any vehicle damage or client concerns will contribute significantly to the dealership's reputation for excellence.

This role involves moderate physical activity, including standing, walking, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and maneuvering vehicles, requiring candidates to have an operator driver's license with insurability. Classic Toyota provides a comprehensive benefits package to support their employees’ health and well-being, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K plans, paid vacations, life insurance, and more.

If you seek a challenging yet rewarding position within a respected automotive dealership, the Service Porter role at Classic Toyota offers a platform for you to develop valuable skills while contributing to outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.
