In addition to general upkeep and cleaning of the service area, the employee may be tasked with washing and preparing loaner or client vehicles, assisting with vehicle road tests, and helping with various shop maintenance activities. Customer interaction is part of the role as well, often requiring the delivery and pickup of vehicles from customers or events and greeting visitors warmly.
