Job Duties

  • Move and stage vehicles between lot locations, service bays, and the service drive safely and efficiently
  • Greet guests on the service drive with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of vehicles in the service department
  • Keep the service drive, lot, and common areas clean and organized at all times
  • Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement and staging to avoid workflow delays
  • Perform vehicle wash and detailing duties as needed for delivery readiness
  • Support the service team with general tasks to ensure smooth department operations
