Responsibilities include greeting customers warmly, parking and moving vehicles safely—including driving manual transmission cars when required—and supporting service technicians with parts and vehicle transportation. Additionally, the Service Porter will be involved in various support tasks such as cash handling, maintaining cleanliness in the service area, and providing guest shuttles when needed. This role requires adherence to dealership standards and procedures, including compliance with Ford’s Pick Up and Delivery process. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to uphold the highest levels of hospitality and professionalism.
