The valet position at Ascent Automotive Group plays a critical role in enhancing the overall client experience by ensuring professional and courteous service from the moment clients arrive at the dealership. The primary responsibility of the valet is to park and retrieve customers' vehicles safely and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of vehicle care. This role is integral in creating client advocates through exceptional customer service and attention to detail. A valet at Ascent is not only a driver but a front-line representative of the dealership's values, tasked with greeting clients warmly, escorting them to service areas or customer lounges, and assisting with luggage or package transfers between vehicles.
This position demands strict adherence to dealership policies regarding vehicle handling and client interaction to maintain safety and quality standards. Valets also support service team members by moving inoperable vehicles and keeping service drive areas organized and clear of debris. Effective communication with management is essential in reporting any vehicle damage or delays, ensuring a seamless process for both clients and internal teams. Working as a valet with Ascent Automotive Group requires a positive, friendly attitude and readiness to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating reliability and professionalism throughout all duties. Candidates should be prepared for physical aspects of the job including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Additionally, the work environment may expose associates to varied conditions such as outdoor weather and mechanical parts, necessitating a commitment to safety and compliance with operational standards.
Ascent Automotive Group maintains an inclusive hiring philosophy, ensuring equal employment opportunities for all associates regardless of personal background. They invest in company-paid training to help new hires succeed, promoting a culture of ongoing development and advancement. By joining Ascent Automotive Group as a valet, associates become part of a respected team dedicated to superior client service, operational excellence, and continued professional growth within the automotive industry.
